TAMBO FARM WEDDINGS
Looking for a relaxed, modern Macedon Ranges wedding venue that keeps everything in one place? Tambo Farm sits on a 97-acre hobby farm in Darraweit Guim, about an hour north of Melbourne—think rolling hills, a glistening dam and exclusive-use spaces that make timelines easy.
Why couples book it
- All-in-one: ceremony lawn with views, photos around the paddocks/dam, and reception in the light-filled Tambo Shed.
- Capacity sweet spot: perfect for small days through to ~120 guests (most packages sit in the 30–120 range).
- Easy, affordable packages with loads of inclusions. A true “one-stop wedding shop” venue, taking the stress out of planning your wedding.
- On-site accommodation at The Barn for prep or a cosy post-party crash.
- Bonus fun: their friendly alpaca “Rocky” can cameo in portraits.
Photographer notes
Post-ceremony shots in the adjacent paddock is a must. Owner Deb will take you out on her buggy, and the views over the valley are spectacular.
Later on in the day, the sun sets across the other side of the road, lending to some lovely golden hour shots - plan a 10-minute sneak-out between dinner and your first dance. The dam wall and open paddocks give clean horizons; the Shed’s big windows are great for candid speeches and first-dance frames.
